Terms and Conditions – Cambiance

1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

Organizer: Studio Etape, located at Belseledorp 159, 9111 Belsele, Belgium.

Attendee: any individual or legal entity purchasing one or more tickets via www.cambiance.be.

Event: any organized gathering or performance for which tickets are sold through Cambiance.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements entered into via the website www.cambiance.be related to ticket purchases for events organized by Studio Etape under the Cambiance brand. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to be bound by these terms.

3. Ticket Sales

Tickets are only available for sale via www.cambiance.be.

Orders are considered final once payment has been received.

Tickets will be sent digitally to the email address provided during the purchase process.

The attendee is responsible for submitting correct and up-to-date contact information.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does notapply to leisure activities scheduled for a specific date or time.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of a cancellation by the Organizer.

If the Event is cancelled by the Organizer, a refund or alternative (such as a voucher or rescheduled date) will be offered. Transaction and service fees are non-refundable.

5. Liability

Attendance at the Event is at the attendee’s own risk.

The Organizer cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, theft, or injury occurring before, during, or after the Event, unless caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organizer.

The Organizer is not liable for damages resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to strikes, fire, acts of government, pandemics, natural disasters, or technical failures.

The Organizer is not liable for consequential or indirect damages.

6. Conduct and Safety

Attendees must comply with all safety regulations, instructions from event staff and security personnel, and any house rules communicated by the Organizer.

The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person whose behavior is deemed disruptive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.

7. Photography and Recordings

Photo and video recordings may be taken at the Event for promotional and archival purposes.

By entering the Event premises, the attendee consents to the potential inclusion of their image or likeness in such materials without compensation.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements and disputes are subject exclusively to Belgian law. Disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of the judicial district of East Flanders, Division Dendermonde.
